Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to a few days to process your order. In most cases though, we can get your order shipped within a day or two. Your order ships from one of our distribution centers in the USA and Canada. Once it leaves, it normally takes 5-7 business days, depending on where you live.
Why do I get an error message when I enter my address?
There may be an error in your credit card information, billing address, or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all of the information closely.
What should I do if my online order won't go through?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your information, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will help you as soon as possible.
How do I know which size to order?
On every product page, you’ll find a sizing guide. Click there to see a chart with all our sizing measurements. We encourage you to use the chart to determine which size to choose for the best fit. It is best if your Lusomé garment fits you well, as it has to be close enough to the skin to absorb moisture, but not too tight to be uncomfortable or restrict natural movements.
Which payment types does Lusomé accept online?
For online transactions, we accept Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.
Are Lusomé products treated with chemicals?
Lusomé products are never treated with chemical agents. Our proprietary Xirotex™ technology uses special natural fabrics with innovative and effective weaving methods to achieve a rapid push-pull effect that instantly spreads moisture through the fabric to the surface for evaporation. If cared for according to our instructions, this effect will last the lifetime of the garment.
How do Lusomé products differ from sports activewear?
Most sports activewear is made from synthetic polyester materials, which are usually not very soft or comfortable enough for sleeping or lounging. Lusomé garments are made from natural fiber blends that are specially woven to achieve optimal softness and moisture management. Additionally, sports activewear is designed for athletic performance while Lusomé sleepwear is designed to help a woman feel comfortable, beautiful and desirable.
How can I optimize my sleep experience with Lusomé?
Each woman perspires and sleeps differently. Lusomé garments work by being close to the skin; if the garment is not fitted correctly or isn’t designed to cover an area where you sweat, it can’t do its job. For example, if you sweat a lot in your upper thigh area, use one of our bottoms to compliment a nightgown or nightshirt. Additionally, Xirotex™ technology is designed to carry moisture to the surface and spread it out to speed evaporation. Sleeping on your side, allowing natural movements throughout the night, and using light, natural fiber sheets and blankets will optimize this process.
Why don't you offer plus sizes?
Lusomé is still in its infancy and we want to ensure we offer the best quality and service we can to our existing, and rapidly growing, customer base. Based on the early success of our women’s line we are currently looking into adding plus sizes in the near future.
