How do I return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit

  • Please contact 866-278-3739 EXT. 234 for a Return Authorization number. Orders returned without a RA# will be refused and will be returned back to you.
  • Please include the original receipt and packing slip and write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Any Sale or Clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and are the sender's responsibility.

  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Note: If free shipping is utilized, then $5 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover original shipping, handling and restocking costs.

If I want to exchange the item, will I receive free shipping?

If you received free shipping on your original purchase you will not be entitled to free shipping on an exchange. You will be charged the standard USPS postal rate/Canada post rate.

What if my order is wrong or the merchandise is defective?

We strive for quality service, and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the event that a mistake is made or the merchandise is defective,please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the standard cost of returning the item(s) to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed.

What else do I need to know?

  • When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
  • Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS OR PACKAGING until you are sure you want to keep your purchase. 
  • Any item that does appear worn or smells of smoke cannot be returned, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
  • If we receive returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy terms, we will not issue a refund or replacement.  Such returns will not be returned to you.
