30-Day Comfort Guarantee:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of our product within 30 days, you have the option to receive a store credit for the purchase price without any additional fees, or opt for a refund which is subject to a $15 processing fee
  • To initiate a return under our Comfort Guarantee, please email us at info@lusome.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the process based on your preferred option.
  • Please be aware that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
