In addition to sleeping I am using one of my nightgowns when I blow dry my hair as this often generates a hot flash! 😀

I love this material. So soft. Keeps me cool. Less night sweat.
Did not work for my menopausal daughter so she gave them to me to try. I woke up hot and sweaty four hours after falling asleep with them on. Very stylish pajamas , but this product did nothing for our night sweats! (Very expensive disappointment)
