I have night sweats from beginning an SNRI, and I have been waking up up to 5 times a night some nights. I have tried just using cotton nighties and sheets but I'd still be drenched. This fabric seems to help a lot, it's reduced the number of times I wake in the night, and has kept me cooler and drier overall. The medium fits me nicely, even though I have a larger chest, I didn't need to size up.
