How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?

Add eligible items to your cart and select Truemed as your payment method at checkout. You'll complete a health survey, and an independent licensed practitioner will review it. If you qualify, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity and can pay with your HSA/FSA card.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?

An LMN is a document from a licensed practitioner stating that an item is needed to address a specific health condition. HSA and FSA plans generally require one for items like these to count as a qualified expense.
