I find the nightgowns very comfy however i wish you had petite sizing. I found the sleeves too long and where the gowns are made to fit at waist they don’t hit the right spot on me i’m 5 ft. the worst customer service. i paid for express shipping and got ground. customer service said i should just be happy that they refunded me for the express shipping i didn’t get. I asked for a customer service i’m sorry like free shipping discount etc. i was ghosted and did not receive a reply . i want to add that i had orderd express shipping because 2 of the 4 nightgowns were a gift and my friend would be going away 8 days after order date and they arrived after she went up north for 3 weeks. again awful customer service!!!!!!
